Steve Shpock, formerly a vice president of Stellant Systems, has been elevated to the chief operating officer role at the defense electronics company.
He has more than 35 years of radio frequency and microwave business experience and will be responsible for driving operational performance across Stellant-run manufacturing and engineering facilities, the company said Wednesday.
Shpock came to Stellant after Arlington Capital Partners acquired the Electron Devices and Narda Microwave West businesses from L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX) in 2019.
While at L3Harris, he managed the company’s former Williamsport, Pennsylvania, facility that was part of the assets sold to the Washington, D.C., private equity firm.
He also executive roles at Vitec Group (now Videndum), Thales Components Corp., and MCE (now Cobham & API Technologies).
