John Conway, a retired U.S. Army colonel and former DynCorp International executive, has joined military equipment supplier HDT Global as vice president of strategic capture management, according to his LinkedIn post.
Prior to this appointment, Conway spent more than seven years at DynCorp (now part of Amentum) where he served as senior director of business development. He previously commanded the Defense Contract Management Agency’s Phoenix branch before joining the private sector in late 2015.
His military career also included service as product manager for joint logistics, sustainment and director of vehicle health management systems and chief of G3 Plans in the 24th Infantry Division.
HDT Global is headquartered in Solon, Ohio, and sells shelters, generators, heaters, air filtration devices and other expeditionary platforms to the defense sector.
