Herndon, Virginia-based FalconTek has acquired Core Mission Solutions for an undisclosed sum as part of efforts to broaden the service-disabled veteran-owned small business’ support to defense, intelligence community and federal law enforcement agency clients.
FalconTek said Wednesday CMS CEO David Courtney will join the company as executive vice president of its defense and intel division.
Shane Prosser, FalconTek CEO, said the acquired entity’s knowledge of and experience in national security missions would enhance the company’s service offerings and work with defense, federal law enforcement and intelligence customers through professional services contract vehicles.
Established in 2010, CMS provides language analysis, training, cultural advisory and intelligence analysis support to federal government customers such as the FBI, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and the Defense Intelligence Agency.
