Paul Bize, a three-decade government market veteran, has joined ASRC Federal’s civilian and health group as vice president of business development.
He will be responsible for driving the capture strategy for the unit’s portfolio in his new position, ASRC Federal said in a LinkedIn post.
Bize previously oversaw global proposal development and government capture functions at New Jersey-based business services provider Conduent (Nasdaq: CNDT)
Prior to Conduent, he worked at General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology unit as VP of capture management for the health and civilian solutions division.
He joined the GDIT business after the 2018 acquisition of CSRA, where he led BD efforts within the homeland security sector.
Bize also held sales leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE), Citizant and Electronic Data Systems.
