Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) will develop and maintain a software suite for the U.S. Marine Corps’ command and control personal computer and tactical service-oriented architecture systems under a potential five-year, $75.6 million contract.
The company will perform technical support work for C2PC and TSOA platforms, which the military branch uses to distribute tactical data to task forces, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
Marine Corps System Command received one offer for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract through a competitive procurement via SAM.gov and will obligate nearly $5 million on the award.
The award comprises a one-year base period of performance and four one-year options.
