Mary Petryszyn, corporate vice president and president of the defense systems sector at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), intends to retire on Jan. 13, 2023, after a decadelong career at the company.
Northrop said Thursday its board of directors chose Roshan Roeder, VP and general manager of the airborne multifunction sensors division under the mission systems sector, to succeed Petryszyn effective Oct. 17.
Petryszyn, a 2022 Wash100 Award recipient, will stay on as corporate VP until her retirement to support the transition.

Roeder who has been with Northrop for more than 20 years and was VP of program management before she took on her current role in late 2020.
