Former Army HR Officer Michael McGregor Joins Golden Key Group in VP Role

Golden Key Group has chosen Michael McGregor, former director of personnel management for the U.S. Army Human Resources Command, to be the company’s vice president of client engagement and business optimization.

He will lead business transformation initiatives and oversee the creation of process-centered business units to bring offerings to the federal sector, the professional services firm said Wednesday.

McGregor spent 29 years as a military human resources officer and retired a decorated Army colonel. He was responsible for over 374,000 Enlisted Army personnel during his time at Fort Knox, Kentucky.

His career has earned him the Bronze Star Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, National Defense Service Medal and the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, among many other awards and commendations.
