Engineering consulting company ERC has secured a potential five-year, $145 million contract that covers laboratory support services and operations at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.
Under the LASSO II award, ERC will operate and maintain developmental shops, laboratories and test facilities that support the KSC Center Engineering, Safety and Operations, two agency directorates and the U.S. Space Force 45th Space Wing at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, NASA said Wednesday.
The base period of performance is scheduled to begin Dec. 1 and continue through Sept. 30, 2024. Services would extend if the space agency exercises three one-year options.
LASSO II is the follow-on to the contract previously held by URS Federal Services.
