The Department of Commerce has listed 15 small businesses in a pre-award notice of a potential 10-year, $1.5 billion contract vehicle for enterprise-wide information technology services.
The notice, posted Monday on SAM.gov, provides the “apparent successful offerors” for the Commerce Acquisition for Transformational Technology Services acquisition program.

CATTS encompasses support services across six areas: chief information officer support, digital document and records management, managed service outsourcing and consulting, IT operations and maintenance, IT services management and cybersecurity requirements.
The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract has a one-year base period of performance along with nine option years.
