He will oversee SilverEdge’s business development efforts, go-to-market strategy and organic growth initiatives within the defense and intelligence communities, the company said Tuesday.
SilverEdge CEO Robert Miller said Ross will help the company expand its technology-enabled platforms, advance organic growth and improve customer and employee experiences as part of SilverEdge’s executive leadership team.
Ross brings to the position decades of experience in business development, proposals, capture and operational management within the GovCon sector.
Prior to SilverEdge, he held senior leadership roles at Trace Systems, Potomac Consulting Solutions and The Schiff Group. He spent more than a decade at Engility, where he served as a vice president and managed a team of over 400 professionals focused on delivering cyber, ISR analysis and systems engineering support to the Department of Defense.
In June, SilverEdge officially launched following the merger of three tech companies – Varen Technologies, Exceptional Software Strategies and Savli Group – owned by private equity firm Godspeed Capital Management.
