The Defense Security Cooperation Agency has listed four prime contractors for a potential $141.1 million foreign military sale of ground command and control equipment to Morocco.
DSCA said Thursday the State Department approved the possible FMS transaction that will involve General Atomics‘ aeronautical systems unit, Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), Raytheon Technologies (NYSE: RTX) and Leonardo.
Morocco asked to procure six Multifunctional Information Distribution System Joint Tactical Radio Systems meant to help allied land, sea and air forces transmit mission‑critical communications.
The proposed sale also covers narrowband and wideband terminals, cryptographic appliques and devices, navigation equipment, classified and unclassified software platforms and the AN/PYQ-10 Simple Key Loader.
