GovCon industry veterans Rob Sheen and Noah Klemm have joined federal information technology services contractor Redhorse as chief growth officer and chief delivery officer, respectively.
Former Novetta executives Sheen and Klemm will work with Redhorse’s chief financial officer and chief operating officer on measures to advance growth initiatives, Redhorse said Monday.
Sheen will oversee the development and execution of pipeline needs, identify mergers and acquisition opportunities and lead business development efforts.
“Rob will bring his deep expertise for integrating capabilities, operational concepts, and technology to drive growth initiatives through business capture and strategic planning,” said Redhorse CEO John Zangardi.
Sheen previously served as senior vice president of client operations at Novetta, which was acquired by Accenture Federal Services in August 2021. Before joining Novetta in 2011, he held program management positions at CACI International (NYSE: CACI) and Sapient.
As chief delivery officer, Klemm will manage technology collaboration, partnership initiatives, innovation efforts, post-acquisition integration and intellectual property protection.
Zangardi, a 2022 Wash100 Award winner, said Klemm’s appointment comes as the company looks to improve the delivery of data analysis and digital modernization capabilities for programs in support of federal and national security customers.
Klemm spent more than two decades at Novetta, where he served as national security commercial director and chief of staff. He also led business units responsible for delivering tech platforms to defense, intelligence community and federal civilian agencies.
