The Defense Logistics Agency has awarded Parker Hannifin Corp. a potential 10-year, $444.4 million contract to help maintain actuators for five military aircraft platforms currently in service with the U.S. Air Force.

Parker will support motion hardware used on the service branch’s A-10, E-3, F-15, F-16 and KC-135 fleets, the Department of Defense said Monday.

The sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract has a five-year base period that is scheduled to conclude June 30, 2027, followed by one five-year option.

Parker’s aerospace segment is located in Irvine, California, and makes technology for aircraft’s hydraulic, flight control, engine, fluid conveyance and fuel systems.
