Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) has won a potential $99 million contract to support infrastructure and cybersecurity operations of two U.S. Navy organizations responsible for the service branch’s information warfare force generation and oceanography program.
The company will perform tasks for Naval Information Forces Command and Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command under the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
Three bids were submitted to the Naval Supply Systems Command’s Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk via a competitive procurement on the SAM website.
According to DOD, the award to Booz Allen has an initial value of $88.1 million over a five-year base ordering period and a six-month option that would extend the company’s support services through December 2027.
The Navy will obligate $25,000 to cover the minimum contract amount.
