SentinelOne (NYSE: S) closed its acquisition of identity security company Attivo Networks through a cash-and-stock transaction that was first announced in mid-March.
SentinelOne said Wednesday the transaction expands the capabilities of its Singularity XDR platform to identity-based threats across cloud workloads, endpoints, data, mobile and internet of things devices while advancing the adoption of zero trust approach.
In March, SentinelOne announced that it agreed to buy Attivo Networks to broaden its extended detection and response offerings with the addition of identity threat detection and response capabilities.
With the completion of the transaction, SentinelOne and Attivo Networks will provide identity security offerings as part of Singularity XDR, including Singularity Identity, Singularity Ranger Active Directory Assessor and Singularity Hologram.
