The Defense Health Agency has awarded 56 positions on a potential 10-year, $10 billion contract vehicle for services supporting military medical research and development programs.
DHA received a total of 126 proposals from 61 offerors for the OMNIBUS IV multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract via SAM.gov, the Department of Defense said Monday.
Awardees come from the commercial, academic and nonprofit sectors and will each receive a minimum guarantee of $2,500.
They have the opportunity to compete for task orders in the areas of R&D, regulatory processes, translational science and R&D support services.
DOD said the contract’s base ordering period will conclude on June 19, 2027, and a five-year option period would extend work performance through June 19, 2032.
