William Manel, former capture manager at Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), has joined Peraton to serve as opportunity strategy director, FedHealthIT reported Friday.
Manel wrote in a LinkedIn post that he will be responsible for helping drive the latter’s cross-company innovation, teamwork and collaboration efforts.
The Certified Agile Professional-Scrum Master has previous experience in grants management, federal health information technology and enterprise IT services.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Manel spent 34 months at Leidos and managed the capture of task orders with the departments of Agriculture and Education, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
He previously held various roles at NiyamIT, Medical Science & Computing and LCG.
