JS Global has acquired Washington, D.C.-based contractor Atlantic Design Group for an undisclosed sum in a push to expand its construction market footprint.
ADG provides design-build services to federal clients at both domestic and international locations, JS Global said Wednesday.
Maryland-headquartered JS Global operates as a portfolio company of investment firm White Wolf Capital and builds anti-terrorism and force protection systems for government use. White Wolf noted on its website the company invests in middle-market businesses within the North American region.
ADG President Thanh Pham and Principals Cheryl Stevens and Craig Moyer will continue to serve in their roles post-acquisition.
