Definitive Logic has purchased Digital Mobilizations for an undisclosed sum as part of its efforts to scale up into a mid-sized consultancy focused on delivering digital transformation capabilities in support of missions of defense, federal civilian, homeland security and commercial customers.
Founded in 2016, Digital Mobilizations supports digital transformation programs of customer agencies within the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community through its Enterprise Engineering Methodology for Government, Pathfinder Tools and Methodologies and consulting support, Definitive Logic said Monday.
“Digital Mobilizations commitment to a customer outcome-focused model is exactly aligned with our mindset at Definitive Logic, and we share their desire and passion to solve the most challenging problems facing our Federal government customers today,” said Paul Burke, co-founder and CEO of Definitive Logic.
Burke added the combined capabilities of the two companies will help federal government clients as they seek to transform their missions through the adoption of cyber, data science and cloud platforms.
Baird, Pipaya and SmolenPlevy supported Digital Mobilizations in the transaction. Definitive Logic received assistance from Morrison & Forester and Morgan Franklin.
Arlington, Virginia-based Definitive Logic is a consultancy backed by Blue Delta Capital Partners and has been providing digital transformation support to defense and other federal government clients for more than two decades.
