Washington, D.C.-based investment firm Potomac Equity Partners has purchased U.S. Mobile Health Exams, a provider of occupational health testing and health screening services to general industry workplaces.
USMHE, founded by Paul Hassan, serves companies that must comply with requirements from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Department of Transportation, Potomac Equity Partners said Wednesday.
John Bates, founder and a partner at Potomac Equity Partners, said the company aims to help USMHE “realize its full potential and capitalize on the positive macro tailwinds of the occupational health and workplace safety industries through a more focused and aggressive growth strategy.”
