Client Solution Architects, a digital transformation consultancy backed by Blue Delta Capital Partners, has named the seven members of CSA’s board of directors, seven months after its acquisition of Capstone.
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania-based CSA said Monday founder Lee Arroyo serves as executive chairperson and CEO Amy Bleken will serve as a member of the board.
Mark Frantz, co-founder of Blue Delta and an inductee into Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 for 2022, also serves on the board alongside Phil Nolan, general partner at Blue Delta and a retired U.S. Navy captain.
The other directors are Donna Morea, board chair at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC); Jim Brabston, CEO of GovermentCIO; and William Hilarides, a retired Navy admiral and member of the Australian Naval Shipbuilding Advisory Board.
CSA received an investment from Blue Delta, a government market-focused venture capital firm, in July 2021 when the company acquired Capstone to grow its federal enterprise information technology portfolio.
