Peraton, a portfolio company of private-equity firm Veritas Capital, has secured a potential $343 million task order to provide a range of information technology services to the Transportation Security Administration, G2Xchange FedCiv reported Monday.
TSA formally awarded the IT Management, Performance Analysis and Collaborative Technologies II task order to Perspecta, which Veritas acquired in May 2021 and subsequently integrated the government services contractor into Peraton.
CACI International (NYSE: CACI) won the original IMPACT contract in 2018 to help the agency manage its enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity posture.
Nation Analytics reported that CACI’s annual revenue from the award hit approximately $60 million and the company will continue to support TSA through March 2022 under a six-month contract extension.
