McLean, Virginia-based CollabraLink said Thursday its founder and former CEO Rahul Pandhi will remain as a minority shareholder, a board member and an executive vice president of the company.
George Batsakis, a WHP operating partner and former lead for Accenture Federal Services’ defense and intelligence portfolio, will assume the chief executive role at CollabraLink.
Batsakis noted that he aims to build on the company’s previous achievements and help position itself as a midsize government contractor.
Jerad Speigel, former CEO of the now Accenture-owned cloud business Phase One, will serve as CollabraLink’s chief strategy and corporate development officer.
CollabraLink received financial and legal advisory services from Baird and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, respectively, for the deal. Holland & Knight represented WHP on the transaction.
