Excella has secured a position on a Department of Homeland Security contract vehicle to support the automation and modernization of information technology operations at the DHS’ Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency.
The company said Thursday it will offer services to help ICE build software through the Agile methodology, develop full-stack applications and adopt cloud technology.
Christina Seiden, vice president of strategic growth at Excella, said the company seeks to accelerate, simplify and protect processes as the agency migrates its workflows to a cloud-based platform.
In October, the Virginia-based technology services provider announced a contract from the Department of Justice’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to help maintain the agency’s case management system.
