Systems Engineering Associates Corp. has acquired Analysis, Design and Diagnostics through a private transaction that will add acoustic collection and processing technologies to SEACORP’s electronic warfare hardware business.
The deal comes more than eight months after ECS Federal founder and Kapco Holdings CEO Roy Kapani purchased SEACORP.
AD&D, founded and led by Gary Donoher, offers acoustic sensor, data processing and sound analysis products for tactical naval and marine research applications. Donoher will transition to a new role as director of southeast operations as a result of the acquisition.
SEACORP, which operates as a Kapco Defense subsidiary, provides engineering services and technology platforms to the U.S. Navy.
