AAR’s (NYSE: AIR) government services arm has received a potential $365 million contract from the U.S. Air Force to provide support services for F-16 fighter jets.
The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract includes depot work and service life extension program support for F-16s, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Hill Air Force Base in Utah is the contracting activity and awarded the firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract through a competitive source selection process. The service is obligating $766,495 in fiscal 2021 procurement funds for the contract.
Work will occur in Clearfield, Utah, and other locations in the Netherlands and Poland through Dec. 9, 2032.
