Meaghan Bouchoux Carter, a GovCon industry veteran, has joined Gunnison Consulting Group as senior vice president of the health and civil division.
She will help bring new capabilities, improve efficiency, advance diversification in customer sets and oversee all aspects of the portfolio’s go-to-market strategy in support of customers in federal health care and civilian sectors, the company said Wednesday.
Gunnison CEO Gil Dussek said Carter brings to the company over two decades of experience building and maintaining customer relationships and delivering tangible results.
Carter’s “specialized expertise in agile delivery, IT modernization, and digital transformation will prove invaluable in providing innovative technology solutions that will help our customers tackle their most challenging mission objectives,” Dussek added.
Carter has held senior executive roles at ActioNet and Blue Canopy, which is now part of Jacobs (NYSE: J). Her industry career included time leading full-lifecycle IT services delivery efforts in support of federal civilian agencies including the Department of Energy, National Science Foundation and the Environmental Protection Agency.
Fairfax, Virginia-based Gunnison provides software development, IT service management, data analytics, enterprise system testing and cybersecurity services to federal government clients.
