The company said Wednesday its GDIT business will provide USPTO a hybrid computing platform intended to give agency users access to multiple cloud services from Amazon Web Services , Google and Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT).
GDIT will also support the agency’s leadership team in cloud strategy implementation efforts as part of the five-year contract.
“The delivery of these cloud services will directly support inventors, entrepreneurs and organizations by making it faster and easier to file trademark and patent applications,” said Jylinda Johnson , vice president and general manager of government operations at GDIT.
