Leaders from the Defense Information Systems Agency and the departments of the Navy and the Air Force are scheduled to discuss the military’s current technology acquisition environment at a Dec. 7 panel discussion hosted by Executive Mosaic’s flagship Government Contracting Wire (GovCon Wire).
Douglas Packard, director of DISA’s procurement directorate and chief of the Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization will join NavalX Deputy Director Bradley Goodrich and William Bailey, deputy assistant secretary of the Air Force for acquisition integration, to act as panelists for the “Defense Acquisition Priorities” forum.
Christopher O’Donnell, acting assistant secretary for acquisition at the Department of Defense, will kick off the virtual event with a keynote address on the Pentagon’s top priorities and the role of companies in efforts to advance military capabilities.
