Federal health services provider OptumServe has named Robert Harsla, a former director at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, as vice president of business development, FedHealthIT reported Wednesday.
At LexisNexis, Harsala worked in support of health care-focused programs under the departments of Veterans Affairs and Homeland Security, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Institutes of Health and other government organizations.
The executive also has experience in health care revenue cycle, risk intelligence, digital identity, cybersecurity initiatives and identity verification and authentication.
He spent nearly four years at TransUnion Healthcare’s government business, where he served as a major account executive responsible for the delivery of services to several Veterans Health Administration hospitals and Department of Defense Military Treatment Facilities.
Harsla’s career also includes previous work at RevCycle and Receivia.
