Dynamic Integrated Services has named former General Services Administration executives Dominic Sale and Stacy Riggs as a vice president and senior manager, respectively, within the enterprise optimization practice.
Mark Forman, executive vice president for enterprise optimization practice at DIS, said in a statement published Wednesday Sale and Riggs bring to DIS their expertise as the company works to deliver on recently awarded contracts in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs and Small Business Administration.
Sale, who will serve as VP for enterprise optimization, has more than 25 years of government experience and held executive roles at GSA, Office of Management and Budget and the Department of Transportation. His government career included time as the first head of TTS Solutions at GSA and acting deputy federal chief information officer at OMB.
Riggs has more than three decades of experience in government information technology, executive administration operations and change management. She held leadership roles at GSA, including executive director of the category management program office and deputy director for the office of information, integrity and access at the office of government-wide policy.
Riggs sits on the board of the Association for Federal Information Resources Management and is a certified Government Financial Manager and Prosci Change Management Practitioner. She also serves on the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council and the Association of Government Accountants.
Forman, who joined DIS in May to lead the enterprise optimization practice, has hired over 10 staff members and plans to recruit at least 5 more personnel by the end of October in support of new contracts with VA and SBA.
Dynamic Integrated Services is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business focused on providing management consulting support to federal government clients in the areas of IT, enterprise optimization and transformation, research and strategic communications and integrated marketing.
