OSI Systems‘s (Nasdaq: OSIS) security business has received a pair of delivery orders worth potentially $265M combined, including options, to supply non-intrusive inspection systems to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
The orders are part of CBP’s two indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts for X-ray equipment designed to help agents inspect passenger cars and commercial trucks at border checkpoints, OSI said Thursday.
CBP ordered the company’s CarView In-Lane and Z Portal platforms under a potential $390 million procurement vehicle covering low-energy portal offerings.
The company will supply its Eagle P60 ZBx inspection products to the agency via the $480 million multi-energy portal IDIQ award.
