The U.S. Air Force has started its process of soliciting bids for the second iteration of a contract vehicle for support work on the branch’s information network, according to a notice posted Tuesday on SAM.gov.
The Integrated Air Force Network Operations and Services-2 contract has a ceiling value of $329 million and is reserved for small businesses.
USAF’s IAFNOS program seeks a contractor to help service personnel operate, maintain and ensure the availability of its network that supports warfighter missions.
The new contract will have a minimum guarantee of $7 million and multiple ordering periods that will run from August 2022 to June 2029. USAF may also exercise a six-month extension on top of the ordering periods.
Interested parties can submit proposals through Oct. 21.
