REI Systems has received a $250 million single-award contract to help the Health Resources and Services Administration modernize a system used to manage agency grant programs and awards.
The company said Thursday it will update data analysis, dashboard and performance reporting tools for the agency’s grant management platform as part of the five-year, Electronic Handbooks Development and Enhancement Support Services contract.
HRSA’s EHB system is built for agency personnel to monitor more than $12 billion in annual grants and works with similar technology at the Health Resources and Services Administration.
“The REI team is elated to continue our work with HRSA and support its mission of ensuring that uninsured people, sick people, and mothers and children receive the healthcare they need to thrive,” said Sid Agarwal, senior director of REI’s health business.
