David Romola, formerly senior vice president of operations at Citizant, has assumed the role of chief operating officer of the Chantilly, Virginia-based government information technology services contractor.
He will oversee account growth strategies and client delivery activities in his new role, the company said Tuesday.
Citizant CEO Alba Aleman said Romola has worked through the most challenging business environment to further build up relationships with strategic partners and deliver on the company’s commitments to government clients.
Prior to Citizant, Romola spent four years at Expression Networks, where he served as chief operations and growth officer. He held leadership roles at PwC, Deloitte, KPMG and Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH). He is also a certified Project Management Professional and Certified Defense Financial Manager.
