The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has selected five small businesses to compete for construction task orders under a potential five-year, $620.1 million firm-fixed-price contract.
USACE received 36 bids for the acquisition program and the agency plans to determine funds and work locations upon issuance of individual orders, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
The awardees on this contract are Walga Ross Group, AMG Contractors, Bristol Design Build Services, The Clement Group and J&J Contractors.
The Corps acts as a DOD construction agent responsible for overseeing projects to build facilities and infrastructure in support of missions at the Army and other military agencies.
