PCX Aerosystems has acquired Santa Ana, California-based Integral Aerospace, a producer of metallic and composite parts for military, space and commercial systems, for an undisclosed sum.
Connecticut-based PCX said Tuesday the deal expands its ability to manufacture parts for fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft platforms and provide support to the original equipment manufacturers, Tier One suppliers and direct government clients.
PCX acquired Integral from an affiliate of Admiralty Partners, a private investment company focused on the federal information technology, defense and aerospace markets.
“Our latest partnership with Integral only further extends our broad range of flight critical subsystems, components and assemblies to better serve the aerospace market as a whole,” said Jeff Frisby, president and CEO of PCX.
PCX operates as a portfolio company of private equity firm Greenbriar Equity Group.
