An award notice posted Friday on SAM.gov says the company will provide administrative and clerical services to the agency’s field operations directorate through the small business set-aside National Benefits Center Records Operation Contract.
Reston, Virginia-based Brillient will receive, track and distribute correspondence, store and maintain files, process Freedom of Information Act requests and perform courier and program management tasks.
Contract work will take place at the NBC in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, and Overland Park, Kansas.
Brillient offers digital transformation services to the federal sector with the goal of helping customers modernize legacy environments.
