Noblis has formed a new subsidiary following its acquisition of McKean Defense Group with the goal to offer integrated mission services to the U.S. Navy and other military agencies.
The Noblis MSD business, which includes former Mckean affiliate Cabrillo Technologies, aims to support Department of Defense customers in emerging technology areas such as artificial intelligence, cyber and robotic process automation to help them address operational and maintenance requirements, the company said Wednesday.
Offerings cover network design, operational readiness, system modernization and integration and life cycle sustainment services.
Glenn Hickok, president of Noblis MSD and vice president of Noblis’ defense mission area, said the newly formed subsidiary “brings together like-minded mission experts across culture, service and technology, and we’re now positioned to pass new levels of innovation to the clients we serve.”
Reston, Virginia-based Noblis acquired McKean along with its Cabrillo Technologies and Mikros Systems affiliates in May to expand its impact in the defense mission area.
Mikros will retain its name and operate as a Noblis subsidiary.
