Digital engineering firm JHNA has expanded its capabilities and support in the Navy segment through its acquisition of Technology Security Associates.
TSA is an engineering services firm that provides cybersecurity, anti-tamper, security systems engineering, supply chain risk management and platform security services to help Naval Air Systems Command and other Department of Defense customers protect their systems and data, JHNA said Thursday.
JHNA CEO Ian Northrop said TSA will enable the company to deliver end-to-end digital engineering offerings and ensure the security of customers’ critical platforms and engineering efforts.
“Not only does this acquisition add tremendous capabilities to our business, but it also helps us expand rapidly in the Navy and gives us a strong presence at Pax River to support NAVAIR,” Northrop added.
The transaction marks JHNA’s first acquisition and the company’s leadership team is seeking additional mergers and acquisitions in support of its strategic growth initiative.
Old Dominion National Bank and Bradley supported JHNA in the acquisition.
