The AI: Innovation in National Security Forum showcased the most notable and significant leaders discussing the critical role of artificial intelligence (AI) in national security.
Katharina McFarland, a commissioner of the National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence (NSCAI), delivered the Forumâs keynote address. McFarland discussed the NSCAIâs vision for AI development and essential goals for AI integration into national security systems.
The Forum also hosted an expert panel moderated by Stephen Homeyer of BAE Systems, featuring Jill Crisman of the Department of Defense, Jane Pinelis of the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center and Dean Souleles of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. The panelists discussed the transition of AI technology from R&D to operations.
