Precision Aviation Group Expands MRO Business With Keystone Turbine Services Buy; David Mast Quoted

Precision Aviation Group has acquired Keystone Turbine Services for an undisclosed sum in a move to grow maintenance, repair and overhaul service offerings in the aerospace market.

KTS is headquartered in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, and performs MRO work on the Rolls-Royce M250 gas turbine engine series with approval of the original equipment manufacturer, PAG said Monday.

The acquired company operates a Federal Aviation Administration Part 145 repair station and a Honeywell (NYSE: HON) authorized warranty and repair station for small engine accessories.

David Mast, president and CEO of PAG, said the acquisition increases the number of repair facilities operated by the company worldwide to 12 and adds the M250 engine to its service portfolio.

Atlanta-based PAG offers aviation MRO and supply chain logistics support services to customers worldwide.
