A BAE Systems business unit has received a potential $325.5 million contract from the Defense Logistics Agency to provide GPS receiver parts and inventory services.
BAE’s systems information and electronic systems integration group will support the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy under the firm-fixed-price contract, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
The award exercises the first of the contract’s nine one-year option terms. Work will occur in Iowa, New Hampshire and Virginia through May 5, 2022.
DLA’s land and maritime division is the contracting activity and will obligate funding using operations and maintenance and procurement funds for fiscal year 2021.
