Jennifer Felix, president and chief executive officer of ASRC Federal, was presented her first Wash100 Award on Wednesday by Jim Garrettson, CEO of Executive Mosaic and founder of the Wash100 Award, during a visit to ASRC Federal Holding Corp.
“Jennifer Felix walked in the door as a COO and has become CEO of one of the most successful North American corporations operating in the GovCon space,“ said Garrettson. “More than 13,000 shareholders are celebrating Jennifer’s recent contract wins at NASA and the Air Force as ASRC Federal strengthens its brand through the implementation and emphasis of cross-collaboration methodologies and practices.”
Felix was promoted to president and chief executive officer in April 2020. Since her promotion, she has led the company to achieve notable growth through winning major contract awards and rebranding initiatives that have solidified ASRC Federal’s position as a leader in the government contracting (GovCon) community.
“I’m very pleased to lead ASRC Federal and work together with our 7,000 employees, who serve customers across the United States and overseas,“ Felix said, following her promotion announcement.
Felix also spoke to ExecutiveBiz regarding the company’s rebranding. During her interview, she discussed how ASRC Federal’s offerings have evolved, the new focal points of the company, how COVID-19 has impacted the workforce and how she has worked to recruit and retain talent in the field.
“Our new brand reflects who we are, who we aspire to be as a company and how we deliver our services to customers: with quality, passion, focus and humility. We feel that it really represents a continued focus on delivering to our customers, with our culture and employees at the core of our success,“ Felix told ExecutiveBiz.
Executive Mosaic congratulates Jennifer Felix and ASRC Federal on her first Wash100 Award selection. Her notable expertise and leadership have expanded the company’s footprint in the federal market, and has established Felix into a top level of achievement in the GovCon sector.
