Stephanie Mango Succeeds Tim Hurlebaus as Leader for CGI’s Federal Arm

CGI (NYSE: GIB) has promoted 25-year company veteran Stephanie Mango to serve as president of the Montreal-based company’s federal services subsidiary.

She succeeds Tim Hurlebaus, who has led CGI Federal over the past six years and is a four-time recipient of the Wash100 Award, and will be responsible for the subsidiary’s work with U.S. civilian, intelligence and defense customers.

Hurlebaus replaced Dave Henderson as president of commercial and state government operations at CGI, while Henderson transitioned as head of its Global IP Solutions business.

Mango most recently served as a senior vice president and led the company’s security, assistance, justice and health unit. CGI credited her with overseeing its acquisitions of information technology provider TeraThink and asset management software vendor Sunflower Systems.

She is a founding member of the private Chief network’s Washington D.C. branch and vice chair of the American Council for Technology.
