Garth Graham, director and global head of health care and public health partnerships at YouTube, has joined Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) as a member of the board of directors.
He will serve on the human resources and compensation committee and his appointment increases the members of SAIC’s board to 10, the company said Tuesday.
Graham previously served as vice president of community health and impact at CVS Health (NYSE: CVS) prior to joining YouTube in January. SAIC also announced the appointment of Mike McGrew, executive VP, chief communications and corporate social responsibility and diversity officer for Constellation Brands (NYSE: STZ), as board fellow.
McGrew was selected to join SAIC’s board through the Heidrick and Struggles’ Director Institute, a program that seeks to develop and prepare diverse executives for corporate governance and operating roles and allows them to improve boardroom discussions and share insights and experiences. The program was established with advisers EY, The Rock Center for Corporate Governance at Stanford University and Skadden Arps. As a Director Institute participant, SAIC Chief Human Resources Officer Michelle O’Hara will join Constellation’s board as an observer.
