Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP) has won a potential six-year, $201.5 million follow-on contract to provide content delivery services for the Defense Information Systems Agency.
The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization received four offers for the Global Content Delivery Services II single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
The company will perform work at government data centers within and outside the continental U.S. and other government-approved sites worldwide.
GCDS II has a minimum contract guarantee of $10,000, a base term of three years and three option years.
