TYSONS CORNER, VA, February 22, 2021 — Amazon Web Services and BAE Systems have made the latter’s suite of artificial intelligence offerings available to government agencies through the AWS Marketplace for GovCloud (US) region, ExecutiveBiz reported Feb. 9.
The defense company said it also offers a data labeling-as-a-service platform designed to help customers prepare data in a cloud environment using AI tools.
Dave Levy, vice president for AWS’ government, nonprofit and healthcare businesses and 2021 Wash100 awardee, noted that the availability of BAE-built AI products on the GovCloud marketplace gives public sector clients increased access to mission data analysis capability.
“Those on the front lines protecting our nation need the latest AI-enhanced information technology and advanced analytics to enable data-driven decision-making,” said Peder Jungck, vice president and general manager of BAE’s intelligence solutions business.
Federal and industry leaders will provide their insights on artificial intelligence technology during the Potomac Officers Club’s 3rd Annual AI Summit on March 30. To register for this virtual event and view other upcoming forums, visit the Potomac Officers Club Events page.
