The Archer Western Federal joint venture has won a $205.4 million contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to build a spinal cord injury and community living center.
USACE received two bids for the project via the internet and also tasked the contractor to construct a parking facility for 916 vehicles, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
The agency used fiscal 2021 civil construction funds on the award and expects work to conclude by March 11, 2024.
Archer Western Federal won a separate $136.5 million contract in December to establish multistory training and administrative facilities at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in North Carolina.
