Sehlke Consulting, an Arlington, Virginia-based management consulting and professional services firm, has promoted 30 employees in line with its leadership initiatives like the Sehlke Mentorship Program.
The company said Monday selected employees elevated to executive leadership positions as well as director, partner, lead manager and consultant roles.
Chad Sehlke, founder and CEO of Sehlke, said the leadership appointments come as part of the company’s commitment to invest in employees since its establishment in 2011.
The promotions were announced during Sehlke’s recently held Executive Leadership Conference.
In January 2020, Sehlke announced that it promoted Norbert Howard, Robert McNamee and Mark Novelli to serve as partners at the company’s federal consulting practice.
Sehlke is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business that offers management support for financial, acquisition, logistics and supply chain, national security and defense operations.
The company holds an International Organization for Standardization 9001:2015 certification as well as spots on contract vehicles under the General Services Administration, the departments of Agriculture and Homeland Security, and the U.S. Navy.
